A wall coping, a corner profile around a window, a drip flashing, a window sill or a box section: in this configurator you design every piece of folded aluminium yourself. You see the profile instantly in 2D and 3D, with the price for each piece. We cut, fold and powder-coat it in our own workshop in Tongeren-Borgloon, and check every order first.
Choose a shape
- Flat strip: a cover strip, filler plate or flashing without a fold.
- Corner profile (L): corner trim around a window, door or façade corner.
- U-profile: wall coping, frame profile or gutter.
- Z-profile: transition between two surfaces, or a drip flashing.
- Omega (top-hat profile): a cover over a joint or battens.
- Window sill: external sill with an upstand and nosing.
- Box section: extruded aluminium box section from the standard range, cut to length and powder-coated.
- Free form: up to 8 sides, each with its own width, angle and fold direction.
Dimensions and thickness
We make folded pieces from aluminium 2 or 3 mm thick, up to 4,000 mm long and up to 1,500 mm in developed width (the sum of all sides). Box sections come from the standard range of 20 × 20 to 100 × 100 mm, with a 2 or 3 mm wall, up to 6,000 mm long.
Colour and visible side
We powder-coat every piece in the RAL colour of your choice, at no extra cost, in matt, fine texture or gloss. You choose which side will be on view: the outside, the inside (for a gutter, for example) or the whole piece all round.
Cut ends
If the ends will be visible, we coat them too: we make the piece to the exact size and fit it with weld studs for fixing. If they won't be visible, we make the piece longer and cut it to size after coating, with holes for fixing. That is the most economical option.
Price and delivery
The price is based on the aluminium per kilo, the powder coating per m² and the work in our workshop, just as with our façade cladding. If you order more pieces, the set-up work is spread over the quantity. Allow a delivery time of around 20 working days; you can collect it in Tongeren-Borgloon or we can deliver it to your home. You're welcome to send a sketch or photo, and for large quantities we'll be happy to prepare a quote.

- Delivery time: approx. 20 working days after your order is confirmed. A colour outside our standard range may extend the delivery time; we will let you know when you order.
- Before we start production, we check your measurements and choices. If anything does not look right, we will contact you.
- Made-to-measure products do not fit in a parcel: at checkout, choose home delivery (€60 in Limburg and the province of Liège, €69 in Antwerp, Brussels, Flemish and Walloon Brabant and Namur, €79 in East Flanders and €109 in West Flanders, Hainaut, Luxembourg and the Netherlands) or free collection in Tongeren-Borgloon. We will call you to arrange a delivery day.
