A made-to-measure fly screen keeps mosquitoes, flies and wasps out while your window is open. The aluminium frame sits on your window frame and fits snugly all round, so you can air your home day and night without unwanted visitors. You configure it yourself here: dimensions, type, mesh and colour, and the price updates as you go.

Choose the type that suits your window
Standard fly screen with spring clips
Our most popular type. The frame sits on your window frame, extending 18 mm beyond the clear opening all round, and is held in place by stainless-steel spring clips that hook behind the edge of the window frame. You choose the clips to suit the overlap of your window, from 4 to 40 mm. Little space next to a roller shutter or external blind? Then go for the slim profile: 11 mm deep instead of 15 mm.
Inset fly screen
For windows with decorative mouldings or a narrow reveal, as found on period and retro-style homes. The inset screen sits inside the opening, 2 mm smaller than the clear opening, and is held in place by spring-loaded clamps at the top.
Hinged fly screen
Do you often open the window to pass something through or to clean the windowsill? A hinged fly screen swings open outwards and closes again with a magnet.
Which fly screen mesh should you choose?
- Standard grey or black: PVC-coated fibreglass with a mesh size of 1.2 × 1.38 mm, small enough to keep out mosquitoes. Impact-resistant, rustproof and able to withstand -35 °C to 120 °C. Black is the easiest to see through.
- Bellavista: a more finely woven black mesh that is barely visible, for the best possible view.
- Petscreen: a much stronger mesh that can stand up to a cat's paw or a dog's nose. Recommended if you have pets.
- Solar screen fabric in grey, beige or black: a sun-blocking fabric that keeps out heat and glare and makes it harder to see in.
- Stainless-steel mesh: very strong and durable, but less forgiving of knocks.

- Measure the clear opening of your window: the visible opening, measured from frame to frame. The measuring guide shows you how, with drawings.
- Measure the overlap of your window frame so that the spring clips fit perfectly.
- Choose the type, mesh and colour. The drawing, the 3D view and the price update with every choice.

Good to know

- Delivery time: approx. 20 working days after your order is confirmed. A colour outside our standard range may extend the delivery time; we will let you know when you order.
- Before we start production, we check your measurements and choices. If anything does not look right, we will contact you.
- Made-to-measure products do not fit in a parcel: at checkout, choose home delivery (€60 in Limburg and the province of Liège, €69 in Antwerp, Brussels, Flemish and Walloon Brabant and Namur, €79 in East Flanders and €109 in West Flanders, Hainaut, Luxembourg and the Netherlands) or free collection in Tongeren-Borgloon. We will call you to arrange a delivery day.
