The SUN2000-8K-MAP0 is part of Huawei's SUN2000-MAP0 series: a three-phase hybrid inverter for solar panels and a home battery in one unit. At 8 kW, it suits an installation of around 17 to 31 panels of 470 Wp.

Which installation is it for?

With a home battery
A LUNA2000 home battery also needs a Huawei Smart Power Sensor at your grid connection point (DTSU666-H, three-phase): it measures how much power you use and how much you export to the grid, so that the battery charges and discharges at the right moment.
Installation
Have the inverter connected by a qualified electrician. We have been installing solar panels with our own team since 2007, from the roof hooks to the inverter.
