ONZO Fenix Front

The ONZO Fenix Front (formerly eSafe) is a letterbox and parcel safe in one 1,240 mm high column. At the top of the front is a vertical letter flap; below it is the door to a spacious parcel compartment with a digital code lock. The courier opens the compartment with your code, puts the parcel inside and closes the door again.

Why choose the Fenix Front?

• Large parcel compartment: boxes up to 750 × 330 × 210 mm, from clothes and shoes to electronics or groceries.
• Letters kept separate: your post drops into its own compartment, which you open at the back with a key.
• Also for collections: a return parcel, a key for your cleaner or a tradesperson, or an order that a retailer picks up after closing time.
• Two codes: an 8-digit master code for yourself and a 4-digit user code to pass on.
• Emergency key included: handy if the batteries are flat or you've forgotten the code.

How the code lock works

1. When you first use it, replace the factory codes with your own master and user codes.
2. When you order online, include your user code, for example in the company name or box number field. In the address line it doesn't always make it onto the label.
3. The courier enters the code and places the parcel in the compartment. The lock stays open for about 4 seconds and then locks again by itself.
4. You open the compartment with your code or with the key.

Code lock or Connect?

With the code lock, the box works completely independently on batteries. The Fenix Front Connect has an electric lock with no visible keypad: you connect it to a video intercom or keypad and open the parcel compartment remotely, even when you're not at home. Have the connection made by an electrician. The code-lock model is also available with the parcel door at the back (Fenix Front Back). Both versions can also be supplied with a name plate integrated into the front.

Fenix Front or Fenix Top?

With a Fenix Top, parcels go in through a drop flap in the lid and the courier doesn't need a code, but the largest parcel there is 375 × 295 × 150 mm (Medium). The Fenix Front takes much larger boxes, keeps letters and parcels separate and also allows collections. To do this, it uses a battery-powered code lock.

Installation and maintenance

Drill four 12 mm holes in the concrete base, tap in the ground anchors and tighten the nuts without forcing them. Keep the back accessible, as that's where you take out your letters. To check the batteries, press the logo on the lock twice. Keep the key safe: a key for the code lock cannot be reordered. Your colour and your house number

Choose from four standard colours (anthracite, black, white and a Corten-steel look), five trend colours in bronze and black shades, or a RAL colour of your choice. The photos instantly show the box in the colour you click. Finish it off with your house number in individual ONZO numbers and letters, in black, white or stainless-steel look, 5 or 10 cm high: you can see the result on the colour of your box before you order. The numbers are supplied loose and you stick them on yourself.
