If you want to maintain aluminium windows and doors thoroughly, shampoo alone is not always enough. Fingerprints on a glass door, grease marks around the handle or insect remains on the profile sometimes stay put after washing. That is why the Novatio Maintenance Box Plus adds Multifoam to the basic products: a foam cleaner that degreases such spots without scratches or streaks.

How to use the box
- Make up a soapy solution of 60–80 ml of Shamp-Wax per bucket of lukewarm water and wash with the Rasta, starting at the bottom. Then rinse off with clean water.
- If any marks remain, shake the Multifoam, spray on the foam, leave it to work for a moment and wipe dry with a clean, lint-free cloth.
- If the paintwork is dull or faded, first clean it thoroughly with Multifoam, then work in Surface Renewer with a soft, dry sponge; wipe away the excess with a clean cloth.
- Give the blue and green cloths a separate job each, for example one for cleaning and one for drying.
Also handy for specialists
Multifoam is more than a cleaning product. The foam removes the often invisible film of skin oils and air pollution that can cause bonded joints to fail, which also makes it suitable for degreasing profiles before bonding.
Safety
Multifoam is an extremely flammable aerosol in a pressurised container that may burst if heated (H222, H229): do not pierce or burn, even after use, and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50 °C. The Shamp-Wax causes serious eye damage and skin irritation (H318, H315). Surface Renewer is a flammable liquid and vapour (H226) and may be fatal if swallowed and enters airways (H304). Wear gloves and safety glasses and do not work in full sun.
