When washing windows and doors with a wash mitt, you want to lift the dirt rather than scrub it across the paintwork. That is why Novatio's Rasta wash mitt has one side covered in microfibre strands, the so-called dreadlocks, which trap dirt particularly well. This helps prevent damage to the paintwork. The other side is smooth and is meant for stubborn dirt on scratch-resistant surfaces.
Why the Rasta wash mitt?

How to wash windows with the Rasta
- First rinse away sand and loose dirt with water.
- Fill a bucket with lukewarm water and 60–80 ml of Novacare Shamp-Wax.
- Use the side with the strands to wash the profiles, corners and glass, from the bottom up.
- Use the smooth side for marks that won't shift, on surfaces that can take a bit of rough treatment.
- Rinse with clean water and dry the window with a chamois or a microfibre cloth.
Washing and care
- Machine wash between 30 and 60 °C.
- Liquid detergent only, without fabric softener or bleach.
- Line dry, do not tumble dry.
Good to know
You will receive the blue Rasta, the same one included in the Maintenance Box, the Maintenance Box Plus and the Maintenance Box PVC, where it always comes with Novacare Shamp-Wax. If you rinse the mitt after each use and wash it according to the care instructions, the microfibres will keep their cleaning power.
