What do you use Silicon 100 for?
On windows and doors, mainly for locks, hinge points, the tracks of sliding windows and sliding doors, and the rubber seals. The silicone oil is suitable for metal, rubber, wood, leather, plastic, painted surfaces, textiles and vinyl. It also comes in handy in the garage or workshop, for example for seat runners, window channels and door handles.
How to use Silicon 100
- Clean the part first.
- Spray from a distance of about 30 cm.
- Aim the spray carefully. If any spray lands on glass, paintwork or a surface you still intend to bond or paint, remove it with Safety Clean.
Safety
Silicon 100 comes in an extremely flammable aerosol in a pressurised container: do not use it near heat, sparks or a flame, never pierce the can and do not expose it to temperatures exceeding 50 °C. The product causes skin irritation, may cause drowsiness or dizziness and is harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects. Wear gloves and eye protection and make sure there is plenty of fresh air.
