A melamine sponge such as the Novatio Clean Gum Soft removes marks where a cloth alone is not enough. The white block is made of compressed, microcellular melamine with a mildly abrasive action. Dampen it slightly and use it together with the right Novatio cleaner, and you will clean the surface right down into the pores. After use, the sponge can be used again.
