Novatio Novakleen pH9 is an all-purpose cleaner and degreaser for water-resistant surfaces: the milder, non-corrosive version of Novakleen pH13, with a pH of 9.1. The liquid loosens grease, oil, nicotine, insect splatter and clinging dust and emulsifies them, so you can easily wipe them off and rinse them away. On the label, Novatio describes it as an all-in-one cleaner for workshop and office.
Why Novakleen pH9?

What do you use Novakleen pH9 for?
On most surfaces: aluminium, chrome and other metals, paintwork, wood, stone, concrete, tiles, plastic, vinyl, Formica, polyester, acrylic and rubber, but also on textiles, canvas, carpet and upholstery. It removes natural fats and oils, diesel film, shoe polish and pencil marks. For window and door installers, its use as a smoothing agent is an added bonus: it lets you finish sealant joints neatly.
How to use Novakleen pH9
- Spray the product with the spray head from the bottom up and leave it to work for about 2 minutes.
- On porous surfaces, use a stiff brush to work stubborn dirt out of the pores.
- Wipe the dirt away from the bottom up with a clean cloth.
- Finally, rinse with clean water.
Good to know
Do not let the product dry on glass: rinse it off immediately with plenty of water and wipe it away, otherwise marks will remain. On textiles and carpet, treat the whole area, blot and then vacuum; check beforehand in an inconspicuous spot that the fabric is colourfast. The product causes serious eye irritation (H319): protect your eyes with safety glasses and wash your hands thoroughly after use. For heavier soiling, there is Novakleen pH13.
