If you look after a house full of windows, a conservatory or several buildings, a 500 ml bottle won't go far enough. The 5 litre can holds enough Novatio Novacare Shamp-Wax for around sixty to eighty buckets of soapy water. The shampoo is low-foaming and contains a high proportion of natural carnauba wax: once dry, it leaves a glossy top layer on which water beads and dirt struggles to stick.
Why the 5 litre can?
- More economical per wash than the 500 ml bottle.
- Cleans and protects in one step, with a water-beading effect.
- Suitable for PVC, aluminium, all types of paint finish and glass, as well as rubber, chrome, stainless steel and polyester.
- Mild enough for regular maintenance, with a pH of around 6.
- Biodegradable in accordance with (EC) No 648/2004 and non-flammable.
How to wash windows and doors with Shamp-Wax
- Spray the windows and doors thoroughly with water to rinse away sand and loose dirt.
- Pour 60–80 ml of Shamp-Wax into a bucket of lukewarm water; a measuring cup makes it easier to measure out from the can.
- Wash from the bottom up, for example with a Rasta wash mitt.
- Rinse with clean water and dry with a chamois.
Good to know
The 5 litre can contains Novatio's general-purpose Novacare Shamp-Wax; the 500 ml bottle is the Windows and Doors version. Both have the same safety data sheet and are used in the same way. Store the can in a dry, cool, frost-free place.
Safety
Undiluted, the shampoo carries the signal word Danger: it causes serious eye damage (H318), causes skin irritation (H315) and is harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects (H412). Wear gloves and eye protection when measuring it out. If you get product in your eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes and immediately call a poison centre or doctor.
