Delivery by separate transport
- This item is too large for the parcel service. - We will call you to arrange a delivery day and deliver as far as the street or driveway; make sure someone is there to help unload.
- Delivery time: from stock within a few working days; if the item is not in stock, we will let you know the delivery time.
- 14-day cooling-off period for consumers: bring the item back to us or send it back at your own expense. You may examine it as you would in a shop; if it has been used beyond that, we deduct the diminished value.
