An end clamp secures the outermost solar panel of a row to the mounting rail. This Novotegra end clamp 30-42 Set C is made of black anodised aluminium and fits panels with a frame height of 30 to 42 mm. It belongs to Novotegra's clamping system for the C-rail and the C-N rail.

How many end clamps do you need?
In the Novotegra clamping system, each panel rests on two rails. For each row of panels you therefore need four end clamps: one at the start and one at the end of each rail. Mid clamps go between the panels. So two rows of six panels require eight end clamps and twenty mid clamps.
How to fit the end clamp
- Place the panel in position on the two rails.
- Insert the end clamp into the rail from above, against the outer edge of the panel frame, until it clicks into place.
- Tighten the screw to the torque given in the Novotegra installation manual.
- Check that the clamp holds only the frame, does not touch the glass and sits within the clamping zone specified by the panel manufacturer.
Good to know
- If your panels have a frame height of 43 to 52 mm, you need the Novotegra end clamp 43-52.
- Novotegra gives the end customer a 12-year warranty on the components of the mounting system, running from the date of installation and provided everything has been installed in accordance with the manual.
- Have the panels installed by a qualified installer.
