This 4-pole 30 mA, 63 A residual current device (RCD) protects people in an installation with three phases and neutral. It monitors all four conductors together and trips at a leakage current of 30 mA.

The Schrack BCF6 63/4/003-A (BC656103) is a non-delayed 4-pole (3P+N) Type A residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), with a rated residual operating current (IΔn) of 30 mA and a rated current of 63 A. Good to know
The 63 A rating must match the circuit breakers downstream, your supply and the upstream protection; your electrician will check this. Leave the installation to a qualified electrician; the inspection by an approved inspection body then follows.
